Upon completing airport formalities at Funchal International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by your English-speaking chauffeur. Travel in comfort in a deluxe vehicle as you are transferred to your accommodations.

Explore the gastronomic richness and main points of interest of Funchal city on a unique Gastronomic Walking Tour. Each step reveals captivating stories of Madeira's past and the authentic flavors of its cuisine.
Explore the city’s vibrant Old Town, renowned for its artistic painted doors and cultural and historical treasures. Visit the bustling Mercado dos Lavradores, where the colors, scents, and sounds of Madeira's local produce and exotic flowers create an unforgettable atmosphere. Relish the island’s gastronomy as you sample a variety of regional specialties, a true feast for your senses.
In the afternoon, embark on an exclusive 4-hour private cruise to uncover the hidden wonders of the Atlantic Ocean. Step aboard a luxurious sailboat at Funchal Marina and glide along Madeira’s breathtaking south coast, exploring both its eastern and western sides.
Keep an eye out for the frequent sightings of dolphins and whales, a magical experience that brings you closer to the island’s marine life. You’ll also have the chance to swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Atlantic, which remain invitingly mild year-round. Day 3: Hiking Tour "Levada"
Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel, preparing yourself for an exciting journey into Madeira’s lush landscapes.
Your English-speaking chauffeur will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby to escort you to today’s adventure.
Discover the island’s breathtaking nature with a guided hiking activity, including a delightful “surprise lunch” in the mountains. Explore Madeira’s famed levadas—ancient irrigation channels ingeniously constructed to transport water across the island’s challenging terrain. These pathways, surrounded by verdant landscapes, natural rock tunnels, and crystal-clear lagoons, offer a unique window into Madeira’s history and ecology.
With more than 30 recommended routes spanning approximately 3,000 kilometers, there’s a trail for every preference and pace. Additionally, “veredas” (paths without water channels) provide even more options for exploring the island’s diverse terrain.
Hiking along these trails offers direct contact with Madeira’s pristine Laurissilva Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As you walk, marvel at the forest’s vibrant biodiversity, featuring a remarkable array of flora and fauna, many of which are found only on this island. The scenery evolves with every step, revealing the true splendor of Madeira’s natural world.

Day 4: Jeep tour and Madeira Wines
Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel, preparing for an unforgettable exploration of Madeira’s spectacular landscapes.
Your private Jeep driver will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby to embark on a customized journey through some of the island’s most breathtaking sights. Visit Estreito de Câmara de Lobos, to observe the magnificent landscapes colored by our vineyards, followed by a stop at the Cabo Girão viewpoint. We will also visit the Boca dos Namorados viewpoint, 1000 meters above sea level, where we can enjoy a fantastic view of Curral das Freiras.
Midday, immerse yourself in Madeira’s winemaking tradition with a visit to the lush Quinta do Barbusano vineyards. Learn about the island’s viticulture while soaking in the serene ambiance of this idyllic estate. Enjoy a wine tasting session featuring exquisite local varietals, perfectly paired with a traditional Madeiran lunch. Savor juicy espetada (meat skewers grilled on bay leaf sticks), tender boiled potatoes, a fresh garden salad, warm, garlicky bolo do caco (Madeiran flatbread), a decadent passion fruit pudding, and a glass of Madeira wine that captures the essence of the island’s flavors.
After lunch, continue your journey to the renowned natural pools of Porto Moniz, formed by volcanic rock and filled with the crystal-clear waters of the Atlantic. Relax by the tranquil pools or take a refreshing dip, surrounded by dramatic coastal scenery.
Conclude your day with a comfortable drop-off at your hotel, where you can unwind and reflect on the stunning experiences of the day.
Day 5: Last day
Breakfast at the hotel followed by check-out.
